"Room was clean, beds comfortable We had an issue with hot water as a pipe had burst in hotel grounds, so unable to shower etc, Absolutely no contact from management for an explanation, I rang reception to be informed they were aware & an engineer was working on it, after approx 15 hrs our water came back on, Spoke to hotel manager at reception who said no compensation or offer of goodwill for the inconvenience, The line to customer service at reception was long during the day, as no announcements or updates were made, Very poor service from management, On Thursday 9th April, there was going to be more problems at hotel as engineers were again looking into the fault, but there was a notice stuck up in Lift to make customers aware"

"The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helped out. The hotel was very clean and my kids loved the pool. The only issue I had is that they don't have a continental breakfast or a microwave in the room but that is just being nit pickey. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future. The early entry to Universal was a great plus and there prices are much cheaper than other hotels that offer early entry into the park. I would definitely recommend them."

"The Club Lounge was lovely. I'm glad I booked a club level room. It was bright and clean and the people working there were friendly and accommodating. Good buffet breakfast and dinner each day."

"Could improve the overall quality of the hotel, there’s not that much space in the rooms for hanging, storage or seating. Laundry room didn’t soap and staff didn’t do anything about it. Nobody answer the phone for us to check out at 2 am."
