「Staff was friendly overall it was okay - room wasn't clean. Stuff on the walls and ceiling. And there were lipstick marks on my sheets.」

「Had an issue after arriving and finding bandaids placed on the smoke detector in the room. The front desk clerk was non apologetic and said it was just from someone covering the light that flashes on them. To me it was more a safety concern and honestly just gross you have no clue what people do in those room. He wasn’t much help however after getting the hotel general manager involved he tried to resolve the issue the best he could and was very nice to work with. New building, pretty nice rooms...

「Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Bottleworks. The only real negative was that the AC in our room was not functioning when we arrived, which led to our room being warm and rather humid. However, as soon as we called the front desk they had someone take care of the issue promptly.」

「Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

「Second time at this hotel and it didn’t seem as spacious as the first time. The ice maker wasn’t working and the TV service/internet could be sped up. Overall, it was a good stay with lots of room in the suite. Beds were comfy and it seemed like the hotel did a nice job of cleaning. Small pool, but the workout room had a lot of options with enough space to fit 8 to 10 adults.
