"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff were amazing--always friendly and helpful. Often it is apparent customer-service staff don't really care about helping customers, but the staff at the Fairfield Inn seemed to care genuinely about the guests. The room I stayed in was small, but beautiful. I loved the fact that my window faced two museums directly across from the hotel. The only issue I experienced during my stay was with the room's shower. The water"

"The hotel was everything we needed for a one night stay on the road. The facility was clean and smelled really great (an odd comment I know). The decor is interesting with marble statues and (yes) an impressive indoor fountain in the banquet area. The walls of the hallway are marble tile - which looked great and the carpets were clean. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The beds were clean and very comfortable. All aspects and amenities worked perfectly - and we appreciated the fitness room and equipment. Parking was ample and the security guard's activity and the presence on the property gave great assurance as to the safety of all vehicles overnight. A comfort when travelling. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again when in the area. Sincerely."

"Staff were very nice, check in was quick. Room was spacious and clean. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Breakfast had many items to choose from, including pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit and many other options. Check out was very easy as well. If there was anything to critique, it would be nice to have a vending machine on the floor, even that wasn’t a big deal. We will definitely stay again."
