"First thing I noticed when checking in was that the place smelled clean, and the receptionist was extremely nice and accommodating. The outside of the building looked a little outdated, maybe because of the closed restaurant right in front of the hotel. The only thing that bothered me was the toilet handle was a little finicky. If it wasn’t jiggled just right, the toilet wouldn’t fill back up, and the water pressure was slow to refill the tank, which made it a little inconvenient with a family. Other than that, I would stay here again. Great rooms for the price."

"It was helpful to have the FDIC Shuttle schedule on display, however there was no a indication as to where the shuttle was picking up. The Bartender service in the main bar was frankly inadequate, multiple times I waited more than ten minutes standing at the bar for a drink and did not receive any service, at one point the bar tender left the bar for a least 15-20 minutes leaving the bar unattended."

"Advertised free breakfast was unavailable because of renovations, couple of roaches spotted on last night of stay. Even then, it's still not the worst place we've stayed. You get what you pay for, I suppose."

"The building definitely could use some work. You could see dips & cracks throughout the ceiling in our room. The pool was also closed. The staff was very friendly & helpful though!"

"Great Amana wall unit AC. Extremely comfortable new mattresses with bedding.Appears to have been remodeled recently. Had an issue with TV dish reception and the desk staff came to room to reboot and with new remote. "

"Almost a perfect stay! I’ve stayed at several Drury properties over the last 10 years, including Chicago, Austin, and Richmond VA, they’ve never let me down. My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast was no exception. The location is great, tucked into a nice neighborhood and close to the Castleton and Keystone shopping areas. The lobby has a classic, welcoming feel. The staff across the board from reception to breakfast lounge to housekeeping were consistently courteous, attentive, and always available when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The entire property was spotless, from the entrance all the way to the room. The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a very comfortable bed and a large TV. A couple of minor downsides: the breakfast and dinner options were somewhat limited, and there wasn’t an in-room safe (which may not matter to everyone). Also the TV, there wasn’t a wide range of channels.By the way, I almost forgot to mention about the nice indoor swimming pool and the fitness room, nice add-ons. Would I come back? Absolutely yes!"
