「Roaches everywhere」

「We were very disappointed in the condition of this property. The check-in clerk tried to charge me twice for the stay. The room smelled like cigarettes and we found a wash cloth stuffed over the smoke detector. The tub in the bathroom had calk missing and what appears to be black mold. There was no exhaust fan on the bathroom. The refrigerator was not working and appeared to be unplugged. Although the floor appeared clean, our shoes squeaked like it was sticky. 「The room was top notch. Staff was superb and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great a lot to choose from eggs sausages biscuits gravy waffles donuts danish cereal top of the line s are always fresh and hot. Staff even came around and ask if everything was okay! Didn't get to use pool and hot tub this time but looked great! Would highly recommend this hotel for sure!」
