Staff was overworked due to the final four but she seemed kind. The rooms are in sore need of a renovation—peeling paint, terrible water pressure (barely a trickle from the shower if a toilet has been flushed or if neighboring units are using water). Paying over $240 for this room was a lot for what it was.

The young man and young woman that I interacted with over a 4 day stay weren’t taking ownership of issues and didn’t seem to care much about customer service. For $180/night I expect more. General cleanliness and care of the property was poor. Dust, debris, landscape,tipped and full outside trash cans and tipped over for several days. Ours and another customer showers were not working. Ours would literally stop flowing water and gurgle for a couple minutes. Then eventually start working very slowly again. My wife had to kneel and put her head below the lower spout once a little water flow started but it wasn’t enough to get up to the upper head. The next day for me, the same thing happened. I do plumbing, it was like the water got shut off. Sink and toilet still worked. Front desk offered a different room to shower in (or move to) but then didn’t follow through with the agreement we can come to. Another guy said his shower was very low flow and Luke Warm at best for temp. Elevator door would shut 4” then open again. The gym exercise bike didn’t work. When myself and the other customer were telling the younger guy about the shower situation he said that it wasn’t his problem as he was supposed to be off 20 min ago! What?? He didn’t care. I’d recommend the holiday inn express across the street even though it’s a little more expensive.

The room had a horrible smell. There was no water pressure in the shower. The ice machine didn’t work and the staff was not attentive. The elevators were in disrepair and were not working properly. Would not recommend!

We are delightfully surprised that this facility is one of the best we stayed in many ways. The host was very kind, helpful and friendly and offered snacks, waters, cookies and in addition to a warm breakfast. Lobby is very clean. Moreover, it allowed us for a late check out. It's almost as good as most of high end hotels we stay. We stayed here because of March Madness games with no other facilities found. Clean room and comfortable pillows as well. All-in-all, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Indianapolis.

The pool was closed fue to being shut down by the city. Not noted on their website and we bo ok ked this hotel to have a pool. Had to be moved to a 2nd and 3rd room the first night. First night the frisge was not cold, freezer didnt work. 2nd room ac unit was apart on the floor. Wouldnt get cold and fan wouldnt stay on. Could not take a bath only shower due to nothing to hold water in tub. Building amelled like pot day and night

Room appeared to be clean but it wasn't. There was red stuff on the floor in the bathroom which i thought was blood but it turned out to be spilled juice. The bedding also was not the cleanest. There were stains on the covers. Didn't see it until the second day because i was tired from the drive at check-in. Had to ask several times for a chair to sit at the desk. No where to eat in the room other than in the bed. I wouldn't book again.
