Wonderful Stay!

Our stay was great! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as we were in town for the weekend for the NHRA race event at Lucas Oil raceway and was a short 4 minute drive from the raceway. There were plenty of restaurants a short drive in the other direction which made this a great location.

My stays (2 and counting) are nothing less than exceptional. I have stayed in two different 1 bedroom apartments and they are absolutely amazing. I travel a lot and when in Indy I will check here first. These are actual 1 bedroom apartments with full amenities including granite countertops, stainless appliances and full washer and dryers. All of the rooms are immaculate, the staff is super attentive, the location couldn't be any better, it's perfect!!

I was very surprised by this property. It was all the cleanliness and niceness of a hotel but with the comfort of a one bedroom apartment. It was so nice to have a full fridge and a washer and dryer. The bed was also very comfortable with lots of pillows. At first it looks like it's in the middle of nowhere, but there's a ton to eat and lots of shopping just 10 minutes away. It makes for a quiet spot as well. Plus a Starbucks is closeby! My only minor complaint is that it is next to a busy road so you can hear the cars pretty good but the cleanliness, easy parking, and overall comfort of this place was enough to make up for that.

Disappointed stay in Indianapolis

The size of the room and the feel of the bed were very good. However, there were too many disappointing aspects to this room. - The smell in the room was awful (it smelled like animal pee, like mice...maybe there was a dead mouse somewhere...?). When I stood at the sink in the living room or kitchen...I felt sick. We immediately went to buy some deodorant and opened the living room window. I felt sad to think that we had to spend a week here. - The internet connection was intermittent, which was a problem. ・It said that shampoo, conditioner, etc. were included, but they weren't in the room, so I went to buy some.

Highly recommended stay, I stayed for 1 month long for school safe quiet and clean. Full laundry room inside room very convenient large apartments. Communication with management was great. There are no elevators and I was on the 3rd floor but I am active does not bother me. Just keep that in mind if you cant climb stairs. Great place ! High recommended!
