Only thing is we basically had to park at the top of the parking garage... but it is cool that they have an elevator on every floor of the parking garage. We will/would definitely stay here again. 2 free drinks during happy hour was awesome. The breakfast was really good. Everything was very clean. Beautiful hotel!

I want to recognize the excellent service my group received during our stay at Embassy Suites Downtown Indianapolis. From the moment we arrived, Oli at the front desk provided outstanding hospitality. Check-in was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Oli also took extra time to help us get acclimated to the downtown area and provided helpful information that made navigating the city much easier. That level of attentiveness really stood out. The next morning, the complimentary hot breakfast was fantastic, especially the made-to-order omelet station, which was fresh and delicious. I would also like to recognize Clarissa, our breakfast waitress, who went above and beyond to make sure guests were taken care of. She was attentive, friendly, and created a very positive start to the day. Employees like Oli and Clarissa truly represent excellent hospitality and made our stay memorable. Please recognize them for the outstanding service they provide to your guests. Because of experiences like this, I would absolutely choose this location again when visiting Indianapolis.

Probably the best staff for any hotel I've been at. The room was awesome, I wish more hotels used the layout. Also the happy hour at night and omletes in the morning was what set this hotel apart and made it amazing.

The hotel has been updated from the last time I stayed, but it still needs some work, especially with cleanliness. The room was large but definitely needed to be cleaned better. There were some splatters on the wall, stain on the ceiling, weird dark splatters on the bathroom floor under the sink and the coffee area had leftover food and was sticky. Also, im pretty sure the bed frame was broken- anytime I got on the bed, it made this awful noise (please note my weight is in the mid100s so I don’t think it was me). The staff was great! The breakfast was convenient and was decent for an included breakfast, but some of the food was very stale. The omelette station was amazing. Conveniente location but I felt a little unsafe in the area. I don’t think we will stay again because of the cleanliness.
