We arrived late — around 3 a.m. — and the front desk staff was friendly, informative, and made us feel so welcome despite the hour. The location is super convenient, right off the freeway, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay at this location again!」
「The staff was friendly and check in was quick. Our room was perfect. Clean and spacious. The entire hotel is well kept and clean. Only negative was breakfast. They were out of a lot of stuff and wasn't restocking even though it was only 8:30. 」

There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. 」
