"Front desk staff rude and can’t be bothered with questions you have. Room that was booked wasn’t available. Had to wait for another to be cleaned. I had drove 7 hours to be told you can’t checkin. . Didn’t get a room til 4:30 which put me behind getting to the hospital to see my brother. "

"Heat Not working and the pullout couch was absolutely disgusting and felt like cardboard. Zero out of 10 if I could Staff was on break for over two hours and I couldn’t get into my room when I first arrived"

"Everything was great during our stay! The only comment I have is that the pool may have been over chlorinated, the smell was super strong. But we utilzed it and no issues or anything other than the over powering chrlorine smell. Just some advice/observation. Otherwise, everything else was great! Would stay here again! "
