The liaison company (rhymes with bonnections, but change the 1st letter for the third letter of the alphabet) we had to go through to get our event tickets/rooms was NOT great to work with, and they had canceled needed rooms for other groups, placed "no edits" on the reservations, and just created chaos--NOT the hotel's fault. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. 」
