We had a great stay at the Omni Hotel in Indianapolis. The hotel is modern and recently renovated, with a fresh, clean feel throughout. Our room was spotless, and the beds were truly exceptional—probably the closest I’ve felt to sleeping in my own bed, pillows included! The bathroom was also clean and updated, though it was a bit surprising that there were no standard amenities like a shower cap or vanity kit.
A couple of cons: the valet parking was extremely expensive. We used it the first night, but quickly realized we could park just around the corner for nearly half the price.
The lobby was very busy during our stay—likely due to the WNBA games happening that weekend—so that’s understandable. However, check-in did take longer than expected. There was only one person working the front desk, and the line was long. I really felt for her, as she was doing her best on her own.
Overall, a solid hotel in a great location. Comfortable stay with a few service hiccups that could easily be improved.
