「I went to the front desk to check in, but it turned out the hotel had no record of my reservation. I’m not sure where the mix-up occurred, but they eventually managed to check me in—though it did take quite a bit of time.」

Depending on what kind of experience you want, this location was located near a few bars with people enjoying themselves.」

「This was a great place to stay while attending a volleyball national championship at the ICC. Just a one block walk to the south entrance. Room was clean and the breakfast was very nice.」

「As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber....

「While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I...

「Absolute world class hotel and staff! Room was enormous and extremely clean. Fantastic skyline views that included the canal. Pool was amazing and is handicap accessible. Outdoor patio area was sweet as it has nighttime fireplaces lit and is a great place to lounge. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel, best place to stay when in Indy!」
