「Very cool! My favorite hotel in Indy 」

「This hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. Location is great….super close to Lucas Oil Stadium and within walking distance to several different restaurants downtown. You do have to pay $25/night to park in their parking garage or their lot across the street but that’s not bad either because it was about that to park anywhere in the downtown area. They do have a free hot breakfast in the mornings also which is nice 」

「The hotel itself was very cool, my 4 year old loved the train and glass elevator. He also loved the indoor pool but I was worried about the noise level since it wasn’t enclosed. My only complaint was there was a wedding the night we stayed and the music was on until 11 pm and we could hear it in our 3rd floor room. Staff was great and friendly!」

「The staff were fabulous both in person and over the phone before we arrived with a 15 ft Uhaul truck towing a car to this downtown location just before the April 8 eclipse. Though they were incredibly busy, their diligence and good humor relieved a lot of anxiety about where to go and what to do with our oversized vehicle and pets upon arrival. We love Hampton Inns for their pet policy. 」

She is amazing! I was there with a group of people, and she greeted each of us by name, each time she saw us, and was very personable and made us feel very welcome. 「The hotel was mostly wonderful with the exception of a musty smell in the bed. Not sure if it’s the sheets or the mattress and pillows but it was offputting. Also, while check in was quick and we got the room 2 hours early - very appropriated - the guy might have been a trainee but he didn’t really provide a lot of information, like room service or amenities or anything.
