The front desk staff is AMAZING - Katie, Sade, Jarron and another sweet lady I can’t remember her name and I forgot to ask. Unreasonable Hospitality to say the least. I would stay there again just because of how they treated us. The hotel was clean. There were renovations going on that was loud in the early morning but that will be short term. I wish I didn’t have to hear that. The food at the restaurant I would not eat again, but one of the servers made delicious hot cocoa for me so that was great even though it wasn’t on the menu - again, unreasonable hospitality. The

The staff at this hotel were so lovely and accomadating. The hotel itself is very beautiful and plently of great dining options available. Very nice hotel, however the mall attached is a ghost town.

Great downtown experience!

Overnight stay in a nice downtown location to enjoy a good dinner and then head to the Indy Mini the next morning. Got to park the car across street in garage and not have to drive anymore till time to head home. Easy walking distance to many amenities around town.

Old Charm with Modern Vibes
