「There was no breakfast included. The room was very hot & they brought us a fan. The room was not ready & we had to put our luggage in a holding room. It was very nice to have the coffee & hairdryer & microwave & refrigerator in the room. However, no one replaced the coffee that we drank after the 1st day or the dirty towels. I had to ask for them. Over priced for what we received. It was very convenient to the ICC & Gainesville Fieldhouse.」

「The overall stay was a nice experience. Our only complaint is we had to make 4 calls to the front desk, before we finally got the requested towels and wash clothes. It was a very unpleasant and unnecessary delay experience…」

「I went to the front desk to check in, but it turned out the hotel had no record of my reservation. I’m not sure where the mix-up occurred, but they eventually managed to check me in—though it did take quite a bit of time.」

「I absolutely loved our stay! It was amazing! Staff were amazing! The rooms were absolutely clean, it felt like home! The beds were super comfy! Breakfast was a 20/10! There were so many breakfast choices I was astounded! The pool is super there’s even a hot tub! I had an excellent stay and will definitely book again in the future! Perfect for family’s with kids.」

「The air conditioning was not working sufficiently enough to make it comfortable to sleep. The maintenance staff were very accommodating and tried to fix the issue, but it was not resolved during our stay. That being said, we were treated wonderfully and the location was outstanding. I will stay there again when the summer heat fades.」

「While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I...

「The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for a sporting tournament and had close access to local coffee, Whole Foods, and eateries. Beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive and friendly. 10min walk to convention center. The hotel felt safe but typical downtown once you step outside. Would book again for how clean everything was and for how comfortable the beds were.」
