「Pool is closed till at least April only one working treadmill and one tree of dumbbells 」

「The hotel itself was nice however, the breakfast buffet that you pay for in your reservations on the site is not. And it is not kid friendly when you’re traveling with a nine and 10-year-old. Will not be back.」

「The room was so clean and spacious. We had a 2 queen suite. The only thing I felt was a bit weird was the placement of the bathroom door, right in front of the beds with a silhouette barn door so if you are in the bathroom changing or getting in the shower the others can see you from the other side. A bit uncomfortable I would say and the barn door doesn't lock. The breakfast was not good. But service and cleanliness were top notch」

「Staff was nice. Did allow us to check in early which was nice. Elevators weren't working well. Took 14m to get an Elevator at noon. Stains of body fluid on couch in our room where my son had to sleep. Went for breakfast at 9am and no waffle batter left. We went home with one hungry and sad daughter. 」

「Staff was great and very accomidating, only issue was breakfast was mediocure even for big chain hotel, 1st day nothing was warm let alone hot. Also the AC/Heater didn't really fuction well, could not get warm.」

「The pool was out of order half our stay and that was a huge part of choosing this hotel. Our shower ran cold water the entire stay. The hotel ran out of coffee for our room the entire stay. The staff was not very pleasant in regard to accommodations. We requested a late checkout, they rudely said no. We requested to utililize the pool for a couple hours on our checkout day because we didn't get to our 1st half of our stay and they rudely said no unless we paid additional fees. 」
