Finding parking was the easiest part of my check-in experience. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay ever single time. Room was clean and comfortable. I’m looking forward to coming back and staying here. Thank You, for front desk staffing and also the housekeeping staff does a marvelous service.

The lobby area was dirty. The room didn’t look like it was cleaned. The sheets had hair on them, comforter had some brown spot smeared on it. The drain in the shower had dirt/residue around the drain. The receptionist was friendly and we ended up get refunded for our room & went elsewhere.

I try to give every place a chance, even with the low star ratings. This one has earned it's 2 stars. Holy cow was it disgusting. The front desk clerk was behind a dirty, smeared bulletproof window and was so uncaring about anyone's existence he didn't even noticed I walked in. They charged a $50 "refundable" deposit, but offered no proof of payment or proof of return when asked so we'll see if that actually gets returned to me. The hotel itself was disgusting. It wreaked of smoke and weed, which is ironic given the $250 smoking fine they have posted. The elevator creaked so loudly when it moved I thought it was going to snap. The hallways were dirty and the doors to the rooms looked like particle board. The lock on my door was broken, which is terrifying as a single female traveling alone. The linoleum in the bathroom was not glued down at all, it was just loosely sitting on top of the subflooring. The bed sheets were gross and had other people's hair and dirt smudges all over them. The poor excuse for a "comforter" was no thicker than 1 ply toilet paper. I wish I was exaggerating. I was told there was "free breakfast". What was in the breakfast room was 2 yogurts, 3 tiny muffins, and what looked like the last bit of fruit loops. Nothing more. At 8am, they hadn't even bothered to turned the lights on in the dining room. Absolutely disgusting. Shady as hell. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Breakfast was a disgrace. Only cereal and toast. The filthiest hotel I ever stayed. I checked out on the first night because of the roach infestation. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff was very friendly but the room was very dirty. Bedding, pillows and pillow cases all had stains and hair on them. The shower head was caked with gunk, vent was very dirty and shower curtain had mold on it.

The only positive I can say is that it was positively atrocious. The name "Bliss Point" is an oxymoron. They patched up a hole in the door with duct tape, everything was really outdated, dirty and damaged. The bed was a metal platform with an old, foam topped mattress, dollar store sheets and flat pillows. The stink didn't drain properly and because of the condition, I didn't use their shower. If this isn't enough deterrent, there's a sign at check-in that states you have 5 minutes to change your mind. After that, it's assumed that you accept the property conditions and are charged the nightly rate. I took pictures of the room, as well as a picture of a significant safety hazard that I'll be sharing with the authorities.
