「Staff rude except for one. The older lady had an attitude and didn't want to compensate us for our 2 days that we were without hot water we only got compensated for one day and didn't even have Wi-Fi. When I went to go check out and complain about this she then got upset told me we were only compensated for one day because that's all we deserved so I proceeded to go upstairs. And then called place to complain went downstairs to check out and she tried to put me as DRN because of a couple crumbs...

「Seen cockroach in bathroom and for 2 guests there were no wash cloths and when I asked for clean towels the 2 nd night the front desk said they didn’t have any available」

「I stayed for a longer period of time in the area and wanted a working kitchen. It is a little strange because you have to ask for a hot plate. the rooms do not have stoves, even though it might look like it from the pictures. The pictures are a bit deceptive. The pots and pans I was given came with the hotplate. They were a little funky and were not washed. The staff member that gave them to me was embarrassed and offered to wash them before giving them to me, but I told him not to worry...

「Room was clean. We ran out of toilet paper after 12 hours, and no one was available to bring any to the room unfortunately. There was also only one bath towel for showering. Kitchen and fridge were fantastic, and would be so nice for a family staying more than one night. The pool was well kept but the water was cold. We didn’t get back in after one swim because of this. Overall I would stay again and hope the pool is warmer next time! Staff were very friendly and breakfast was a great variety...
