first room was opposite the elevator; i asked to change which staff took care of and was helpful. Then the other room was stinky and moldy and the TV was not switched off and the staff also could not switch it off. Then he gave the 3rd room - which made my stay little better. Staff were helpful but the hotel needs better upkeep. Breakfast was also very very basic and meh!!

Our room was very clean as was the lobby area also. The reason for rating of 4 we were short on towels, which was promptly resolved when I went to front desk. The other item was breakfast was kinda skimpy with selections, but was free.

It was “fine” just not the level of comfort I have become accustomed to. The room was very small. The shower was weird. There were far too many people in the breakfast area at the time we needed to go down. Pool was too cold to enjoy.

Check-in was efficient. The rook was really disappointing and badly needs an update. It didn’t feel like it was thoroughly cleaned and had signs of stains on the bed spread. The breakfast was good. I old not stay here in the future,

This site was quiet, clean and safe! The Staff were kind and responsive. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was okay, apart from the "hot" items. The waffles are pretty consistently good. I would stay there again!

The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay.
