Everything was great. The room was spotless, it was quiet, the breakfast was great, and the staff were really polite and friendly. The one and only thing I would improve on is having a trash can in the room other than the small one in the bathroom would be really helpful.

The Residence Inn is a very good location for visiting Eagle Creek Park. We love a suite when traveling for the convenience of having a full kitchen, living room area, and desk. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel is very clean and in a quiet, safe area.

Extremely friendly staff! We loved the room- comfortable, spacious, clean. We traveled for athletics, so the kitchenette was nice for light meal prep. Breakfast was decent- variety of food groups to choose from, including grab and go items. Pool was a little grimy looking. Third party booking said parking was free, hotel website states a charge- so, that was conflicting.

Very very nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds. My only 2 complaints are that the windows opened, but there was no way to prop them open and there was no full length mirror in the suite which was a real bummer.

My stay

First room was fine until we tried to leave to get something to eat. The deadbolt was stuck in the locked position, so we had to change room. So while changing rooms we went back to recheck and someone stole my meds. The front desk personnel was good.

Room cleaning incomplete

Well, it seems they never finished cleaning my room. The fold out couch was open with the cushion on the floors, the garbage cans under the sink were full, there was a used bar of soap on the bathroom counter, the extra blanket bag was open with the blanket half way out. However, the bed was made and there were what seemed to be new towels in the bathroom. The kitchenette counters were clean although there were used pods in and next to the coffee machine. The people that worked there were all very nice!

GenCon 2025

We love this hotel and use it every year for our GenCon trip. It's an easy drive from the ICC and Lucas Field and other downtown Indy locations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. We will be coming back in 2026. I
