Check in process was less than ideal. Front desk woman was not friendly. They require government ID’s for every adult staying on the premise. No issue for my parents, but I have an adult handicapped sister and they didn’t know to bring her ID. Thankfully, they were eventually allowed to check in. There was a lot of extra paperwork at check in with the IDs, and for my sisters service dog. Feel like these policies should be better outlined on their website. Room was very well maintained. Clean, nice property.

I loved the price and the kitchenette was nice. It was very noisy and shower water pressure wasn't the best. It was very clean and can't beat the price. Will likely stay again in the near future.

The walls were thin, could hear people next door and people upstairs. I heard them so i know they heard us. Bed wasn't comfortable overall I will say the stay was ok. It was convenient and inexpensive. Service was great room was clean.

We arrived late at night, but after a quick call from the lobby phone, someone was there to assist us right away. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, no issues here at all!

All we needed for a quick overnight

We were in town for a concert and just needed a room for one night. The location was great...close to the venue and several restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. No frills, just the basics but got the job done. Would stay again.

Not a good hotel for light sleepers. I had someone above me walking around all throughout the night and I got terrible sleep. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I did get to go on the top floor my last night and it was much better. So stay on the top floor if you’re sensitive to sound. The only other thing was the tub and sink were dirty in both rooms. But staff were awesome and everything else went good. Beds are on the firmer side and the rooms are have a ton of space. I had issues with using the WiFi and you can’t get apps on the tv like Hulu, Netflix etc. I’d never come back due to how thin the walls are, kinda ruined the first half of my trip there bc I slept so awful. But it’s affordable so…

The room was clean and basic. For the price, it provided what we needed. I was happy for the full size fridge and freezer, though it didn't seem to be as cold as it should have been. But don't expect any extras. No hand towels, no coffee maker, no cups. And the coffee maker in the lobby was out of order 3 out of the 4 days I stayed. But it was clean, which is important to me, so I did give it 3 stars. Just expect to provide many of your own essentials.

Check in was great; the front desk attendant was helpful and courteous. I was disappointed with the lack of amenities. There was no blow dryer in the unit. Also, there weren't enough towels and washcloths. I was disappointed there was not bath items such as shampoo conditioner and body wash. Also the building smells like food and didn't smell clean. The elevator smelled like food.

More cons than pros.

Check in was quick and simple. Was a bit confused when the lady said she wasn't going to ask for the ID's of those who would be in the room with me ( my husband and 18 and 14 year old kids). We got a two - queen room and the lady gave us extra towels since there were only two in the room. The room was stark. No curtains, no art work. I sat on the foot of the bed and it tipped forward since it wasn't anchored to the wall. There were two standard paper- thin pillows on each bed. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and laying on my back I felt hyper- extended. Trying to log in to the wifi took me to a page where I had to pay for it. Overall, it served it's purpose; it gave us a place to sleep.
