「Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

We had no bath towels in our room and did not realize it until I was in the shower. There was also no conditioner in the dispenser. Beds were oddly lumpy and the sheet did not smell like they'd been sanitized. Smelled like they been minimally washed with a million other sheets and still smelled like musty body smell.
