卡梅爾婚宴飯店，旅行前必看！

「Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

「For the price of the room, none of the outlets or the USBs worked by the bed. It was the smallest "queen" we have ever slept in. The ice machine did not have ice either morning we tried to fill it before our tournament. There was a cooler with "complimentary" bagged ice but eas empty the whole weekend. Tried calling the front desk multiple times during the weekend and I was on hold for 15 mins before even speaking to someone. When I pay this much for a room, I at least expect the bare minimum...

「Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue were the two sliding doors to the bathroom. Both were off the track but we didn’t know that. When we went to open one, it fell on me but we were able to catch it. The other one was just very hard to close.」
