「Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

「There are in the middle of construction and had a low quality breakfast. The pillows are oddly small. Not dirty or anything terrible, but you can get more for the same price elsewhere.」

The email for check in was not properly sent and it has to do with using this app. We called the Inn keeper at almost 8 at night and they were beyond helpful and even upgraded the room . They were very kind and I was thankful as my elder mother was traveling home from PA to OK and it and been a long day of driving for her. They provided a great place for rest.」

「Hotel is very run down. Sofa bed had a decretive sham that was torn... they repaired it buy a using a regular paper stapler ..staples came undone when pulling out bed and putting it back in. Outlets buy the king bed didnt work. Fire detector was coming off the wall. Closet door kept opening wouldnt stay shut. Over all. I will try to find another hotel in area hotel just not worth the high end price they want to charge .」
