「I booked this room last minute for myself and daughters after we had a power outage in our city very late at night. I noticed that I booked this room in the wrong city immediately after the confirmation showed. I contacted the hotel and they redirected me to Expedia who then called the hotel. The hotel said no manager was on duty and I still have not received any refund.」

「Make sure you have you id and card to match I was traveling with my kids and I used my hubby card but he was not here with me. It was good that she made sure and helped me check in but asking my hubby to fill out paperwork work and send it back very happy for the help and her doing her job 」
