"The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is in a great location with walking to the River District and Lakeshore Drive. The clerk took 4 people ahead of me even though I was the first in line. She forgot to give me a parking validation ticket which made the process of leaving the lot difficult. The rest of the staff was great. You must reserve way ahead of time if you want to eat on-sight. The hall was noisy past 11 pm. "
