"This hotel has the advantage of a perfect location, close to South Station, the Financial District, and North End, but on a quiet street with little traffic and no crowds. It is a well-run hotel, easy check in, good service, and has a lounge area with coffee always available. The exercise room is decent though small and the rooms are reasonably large and comfortable. It's my first choice in downtown Boston. "

"My only complaint is that the bed in room 823 is way too soft on the left side (if you are looking at the bed). The middle and right sides are not worn out."
