No Parking. Customer service very ego. Keep chasing guests to leave whether it is breakfast time or check out time. Old furniture and room smell dusty old.

Over all is very nice. I booked 2 weeks of staying. I’m happy the room was pretty good size water was stay strong and nice hot. Since we stayed for 2 weeks not just couple night if they would have provided a microwave in the room I would be very very happy. It’s kind of inconvenient without a microwave since I live in US and heavily used it. Otherwise I like the hotel and consider returning back here next year when I’m visiting Taiwan again.

Place is abit old but furniture still in good condition, only thing is the air-conditioning is not remote control, 2nd day then found the control knob, which is not at normal eye level to spot it, and after adjusting it, feel no difference in the room temperature.

We booked Santos Hotel Nov 1 to Nov 3 2023 There was a fire, with smoke, late at night. The whole building was evacuated, with guests standing outside waiting for hours, some in pajama. The hotel had to ask every guest to cancel their stay and leave. Since then, we've been waiting for our refund. I contacted Hotels.com as well, and they told me it would take 1 week to process and that was 2 months ago and no refund yet. Hotels.com could care less that a room they sold caught on fire and they did nothing proactively to take care of the customers. i had to find another hotel that night myself, paid for it, and didn't ask hotels.com to reimburse me for incidentals. I just want my refund for the room in the hotel that caught on fire and we didn't stay in.
