The tea was festive, the jazz nightly was great, and the food at every meal was just great especially breakfast. We can't tell you how much we enjoyed the hotel and its location near British museum and Russell square. Close to underground and just a delight. We will go back. 」

「Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight issue at check-in because the hotel has a new IT system and if I hadn’t been extra vigilant I could have paid...

Since I arrived quite early, they provided a convenient place for me to freshen up, which was really thoughtful and helpful. 「還不錯的地方，只是有點難找，要跨過一個類似天井的地方，似乎之前也不是這個名字，所以計程車到達的時候，找不到地點有點難找，不過整體環境跟房間還是蠻漂亮的，CP值也高。」
