「The property was generally clean and inviting. The staff texted daily to check in although they didn’t respond to my text response. Why do hotels claim to be great but then try to get by with cheap, crappy pillows? Same here. Not impressed with pillows however the towels were nice. 「I did not get to stay at this hotel due to the very rude check in lady. I had been traveling for around 10 hours and myself and family was exhausted. We made a reservation online and we have 3 dogs one being a service animal the lady said that it counted as 3 pets. We looked at the pet policy and does not say more than or less than 2 pets. Really frustrating when you also have 2 adults and 3 children all exhausted」
