Lobby and staff were bright and welcoming. Smelled clean, looked fresh. Room was clean, updated, and comfortable. Many little details in the room were a bonus like outlets, lighting, and storage.

Room was clean, staff was nice. My room was right next to the elevator. I tried to use white noise to keep the elevator mechanical noise and Hallway noise out, but it didn’t help. There was also limited parking available.

I didn’t know about the $50 Service charge on the room vector wasn’t in details when booking. I didn’t have it on my card and I almost didn’t get my room because of it. Bad experience for me and my kids. The man at the front desk was helpful and we were able to stay.
