「We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice desk attendant. She was the highlight of the stay, it went downhill from there. We were given keys to our 2 rooms. 1st room the door was crackked open, the TV was on, towels were on the floor and beds were not made.
