「Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. 」

「We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice desk attendant. She was the highlight of the stay, it went downhill from there. We were given keys to our 2 rooms. 1st room the door was crackked open, the TV was on, towels were on the floor and beds were not made. (Not cleaned, no big deal mistakes happen.) 2nd Room also not clean bed blank and sheets down, obviously slept in, room not cleaned. Again no big deal mistakes happen. Back down to the front desk. 「06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call.
