「Very welcoming staff right on entrance. The entire hotel smelled really nice inside. We were on the 2nd floor and there’s only one elevator I believe for the entire place . This was a little annoying cause you had to wait a while. We ordered room service and the food was actually really good . Shower was nice but hated the sink. The towels were like sandpaper so they might want to invest in some fabric softener. Overall for only 1 night it was an ok stay.」

「Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance.」
