「We have stayed at the Burgundy Hotel many times when coming to Little Rock. It's very conveniently located and the rooms are nice. Diara, one of the associates at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, our stay went well. Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone...

Check your bill -- I was overcharged when I looked at the bill the night before departure. It finally was adjusted; then, after I left, they tacked on an incorrect charge again, which it took forever of the phone to get withdrawn. 「No management on site. Phone number was on the office door- you called and you were texted the code to get into your room. Rooms were shabby but the bathroom was remodeled. Marks all over the walls where suitcases had probably been rammed into them. Lamp shades dirty and with tears in the shades. Walls very thin- could hear everything going on in the room next to me along with their dog crying when they obviously left it in the room alone. One air conditioner in the "suite" which blew...
