Had to stay in Pine Bluff overnight because I had surgery the next morning. As soon as we walked in there was german cockroach on the wall of the bedroom. The shower rod was falling and curtain was not blocking the water So water ran out all over the bathroom. Staff was courteous. Offered a new room ...

Well the only major complaint, is the hotel hallways have a funny smell. Room was good, no smell and clean. The front desk person was very helpful, and the breakfast was, well typical and fine.
