We liked the location because we were close to everything. The bedsheet had a blood stain. There was a huge roach my fiance found in our room running around, and a dead roach in the light above our room door that was off-putting. The breakfast was ok.

Staff was great, great location walking distance from bathhouse row. It is an older hotel, the beds were ok and room was clean and self parking is two blocks away so make sure you drop off your luggage at the door the road is gravel in some parts so you will be dragging your stuff

Overall our stay was great. We wanted this hotel mainly for the views. Those did not disappoint. I requested highest available and was able to get the second highest floor. Views were beautiful! The complimentary breakfast was not great. We have two children and there wasnt any of the pancake/waffles that they love. Overall cleanliness was pretty good. Staff was very nice. Parking is the worst part. Prepare to pay $12 per night for the parking garage on the side of the hotel except 1 street over or $20 a day Valet service.

I liked that you could easily walk to shopping and dinner. That being said, it was too far of a walk to the parking lot for my husband. You can take advantage of valet parking during certain hours but it's an extra expense.

**Do Not Stay Here — Dirty, Uncomfortable & Creepy** We stayed one night at The Hotel Hot Springs and that was more than enough. The moment you walk in, the place feels abandoned — no guests, no energy, just eerie silence until someone suddenly appears to check you in. Parking is $12 and two blocks away, meaning you have to haul your luggage on foot. I managed to find a free spot next to the building, but that’s not guaranteed. The room was gross. One of the beds hadn’t even been changed. I called the front desk to request a clean fitted sheet, waited 45 minutes — nothing. Went downstairs and was told someone was on their way, but it never came. That night, around midnight, I was woken up by constant knocking on the wall. Our room was at the end of the hallway, and the wall in question shouldn’t have had a neighboring room. Whether it was someone being obnoxious or something more bizarre, it was disturbing and made it hard to sleep. To top it off, I found a *bowl of feces* in the toilet in the morning. Completely disgusting. I called the front desk and they sent someone up, who said it was only his third day working there. Honestly, I felt bad for him — this place is falling apart. There is breakfast, and while it offers more than some hotels, it’s nothing to write home about. And despite how big the hotel looks, **there’s no pool.** This place needs a complete overhaul and better management.

Its time for new mattresses! The room looked cleaned but they sure did not dust. It was dusty. The day that the housekeeper came in our room while we was out. It was 3 noticeable black spots on bathroom floor that i had to take a towel to clean myself. And breakfast was luke warm but ok. My suggestion is add a microwave to give people the option to heat their food up if they choose to. Don't make that casserole with the leftovers and serve it to your costumers. Need better parking space.
