We have stayed a couple of times, and we love it. The location is excellent for walking everywhere on the strip and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. Bridget at the front desk is second to none and we lost track of time talking to her. We went to the bar for a drink and our bartender was so attentive and friendly. It really did feel like home.

Wish there were better parking options, besides a sketchy lot that fits maybe 10 cars for free you other option is a block away *paying* for a parking garage spot. Also breakfast being $15 is a let down. When I booked I assumed it came with the reservation. We ended up going out to breakfast for cheaper than what we would have spent at the hotel.

The room was clean, except there was food left in the refrigerator. Not a huge deal. It was in 'to go' packages that a guest had forgotten. My only complaint is the shower doors open at the back instead of the front to turn the water on. Minor inconvenience. Overall everything was very clean. All of the staff were awesome in the hotel and bar area. We used the shuttle-also awesome people. This is our second stay here and when we return, we will stay here again. It is our new go to hotel.

Clean room in a convenient location. VIP free drink perk is nice - but what they charge for a drink in their bar is ridiculous. $42 bucks for two old fashion drinks seems extremely high. We could walk to Ohio Club and get same drinks for $28. Shuttle service to the race track and nearby hot spots was great. A breakfast option is nice to have but the food quality and options were not good. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs but would likely look at other accommodation options for our next visit.

Our first room was visibly filthy and we had to request another (garbage on the floor, chunks of dirt). The second room was great. Walking distance to Bathhouse Row; I was glad that we were not paying for the breakfast as it was pretty lackluster. I hope the menu will substantially improve when they implement the planned additional charges in 2026.
