「I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but on arrival I was told that room “wasn’t ready” and was offered a completely different room with only one bed instead. When I went back to the front desk to get this fixed, they moved me again but put me in a room with two double beds, not the two queens I reserved and paid for. 「Unfortunately, the blankets on the bed were extremely thin and because they had a large group of people that had checked out when we arrived, they did not have any "clean" extra blankets for the beds, so they provide us with two bedskirts, which I thought was odd. So, we had to drive to a nearby Walmart and purchase two comforters. When checking out, the staff did not appear to sympathize with the inconvenience of us having to provide our own blankets. 」
