Easy parking near back door. Breakfast was hit and miss. Out of a lot if stuff at 8:15 first day. Suposed to last until 10:00. Second day it was great. Staff at front desk when I checked in was great!

When I arrived to check in, it looked dingy and smelled older. It did not look like the Bright clean place shown on the Expedia listing. The young lady at the front desk was just sweet as she could be and very friendly and helpful. I went to my room and I was horrified. It was dirty, looking, all chipped up on the walls, it was on a smoking floor, where the room itself was not a smoking room, but the musty smoke smell that permeated the area. It smelled moldy and mildewy, the bedding had dark stains all over it, it was literally the filthiest nastiest motel I have ever seen. I literally felt grossed out to touch anything in the room and was honestly afraid that it looked like the kind of place. I might get bedbugs. There was no hot water. When I notified the front desk staff that I needed to cancel my stay as I had reserved several days at this location and my Expedia booking said that it could not be canceled because it was already the day of check-in, we had to contact Expedia customer service who did issue a full refund because of the conditions. The young lady was so sweet and tried to show me some other rooms in theremotel that would be better, but honestly, I didn’t think they were that much better. When I was finally able to gather my things and leave , I noticed that mixed in with that cigarette smoke smell I could also smell marijuana. It definitely gave crack den vibes.

The first room was the worst I have ever stayed in. Couch cushions ripped, smell was awful and the tile in the bathroom was broken. It was like it had never been cleaned, ever other than what was absolutely needed. The second room, with the wonderful help of the evening staff, was better. The pull out couch was completely broken and no hot water evening or morning. Breakfast food ran out 40 minutes before closing. Staff were not able to replenish. Expedia needs to do a better job checking on these hotels with their ratings. 8.2? More like a 2.8.

Most of the room was clean but the floor was filthy. Our feet and socks were pretty much black walking in the room. The toilet was not secured to the floor either. The room could use another light as it is pretty dark at night. The lady at the desk at check in was very friendly.

Room reeked of stale mildew, neither the tv nor the phone worked, trim in room was all banged up/well worn, in need of paint! Coffee at the breakfast bar looked like black oil and smelled terrible. No juice available??? The night staff was very nice. How this place ever received an 8.4 rating is beyond me!! I would give it a 2.0 out of 10 at best!!

No hot water night of arrival or next morning! No manager on duty to deal with customer complaints. Owners are aware of problems of inconsistent hot water supply and still taking reservations with no warning. Hallway smelled of pot, staff (although sweet) was limited and not able to assist, ice machine was broken, the list goes on. Definitely requested a refund, which is in the works since no manager was available.

The front desk staff are always wonderful and very helpful. However, i’m not going to stay there again because there is no hot water for a comfortable shower. Had to wait over 8 minutes from for water to get slightly warm and not ever warm enough for a comfortable shower.

Horrible experience. Property is dim, dirty and unkempt. Stinks of cigarette smoke. Not maintained. TV did not work. A fire broke out during the night due to poor maintenance and inadequate safety issues. Still fighting for a refund due to non-response of management. This place is a dump.
