「The property was very clean, there was available dog waste bags outside for my service dog, the grounds and landscaping was fantastic as well. 「Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. 「06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. I called twice and no one answered - ended up having to call customer service to get an answer. Finally checked in closer to 7, the towels in the...

「I was at the property a total of 10 minutes. Lots of dog crap in the parking lot. The room had smashed roaches on the floor. The hot tub had dead bugs in it. Missing light bulbs. The refrigerator had mold and standing water in it. We walked right back out drove to the front desk. Paid through Expedited so they are the 3rd party responsible for the refund. The Expedia telehelp I called said I would get a refund. We will see. It’s been nearly 48 hours and no refund. Gross place don’t recommend.」
