「Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. 「After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to...
