「We lived on the first floor. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, the corridor was very noisy. It might be the guests staying there. It lasted for a while and then became quiet. Everything else is fine」

「I can’t stress enough, how important it is to have a clean room and facility. Our room was clean, updated and nice. The facility was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered many items to choose from and the dining area was very clean. They allow pets, I think the first one is free.」

「Check in was horrible. There was an issue between Expedia and the hotel, the hotel clerk was very condescending about it. I quickly contacted Expedia and they called the hotel within minutes to resolve the issue. However, even though I was standing in the lobby at the counter, the clerk put Expedia on hold and helped other guests making me and Expedia wait 25 minutes before solving the issue which I believe was an error on the hotels end to begin with. Then after we got to our room the shower...

I would have rated it 5 stars but when we walked into our room, I almost slipped as the refrigerator apparently had leaked and there was water across the floor. They did come up right away and took care of the problem」
