Excellent location. You are able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Older hotel but still nice. They allow pets. Can sit on balcony and see all entertainment in Basin Park. I recommend this hotel.

Very neat and clean. Staff was absolutely amazing very friendly, informative and went over and above to insure everything was just so. Location is excellent and very close to Hot Springs park and shopping. Easy walk. Definitely will be back!

I like how everything was close to the hotel. The only thing I did not like was there was hair in one of the towels rolled up and another towel had makeup looking smudges on multiple spots of the towel. Other than that everything was great.
