the location is great for a one-night stay to get the Hot Springs experience. only negative was trying to get our room to 70 degrees. yes, it was unseasonably cold night and temp was fine for sleeping just not for moving about.

Just a very enjoyable stay! Location was great to see downtown-all within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very polite and friendly. Food was great in the downstairs restaurant. Good size portions! Would stay there again!

Uniqueness of this place was astonishing. Rooftop restaurant/bar and view was spectacular. Down stairs restaurant was the best! We ate at the Avenue several times during our stay. Walkable to all the local attractions. Valet parking was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.
