「房间不错，洗脸池水特别小，早餐9点就结束了，9:10下楼什么都没吃到」

「Found trash at end of the bed. 」

「The property was very updated, clean love the decor. Breakfast was really good. Food was fresh and cooked very well. Staff was tolerable. I did not get an upgrade although I had status, but according to the staff, there was an event.」

「步行城市公园和克林顿图书馆都很便利。楼下对面的饭店有不错的汉堡。」

「Great people would gave them a 5 star but I don't maybe I am tripping.」

「Very friendly staff. Valet was extremely kind and upbeat.」

「Stunning views from perfectly maintained and comfortable balcony rooms」

「Nice place with very friendly and helpful desk staff. Showing its age a little, but still nice. The location was good for museums, but no place to get anything you might have forgotten. Unfortunately, there was no little bars of non-perfumed soap, and the liquid soap provided was not fragrance-free. The absolute worst thing was the breakfast! It was the worst breakfast buffet I have ever been to. It had very watery powdered 'scrambled' eggs, cold and greasy sausage, cold shriveled potato...

「The Empress is a MUST for anyone with an affinity for historical places and/or an appreciation for truly amazing architecture. The suites are gorgeous and the main house will leave you speechless. This is the perfect blend of a piece of history being well steward AND shared for others to enjoy. Well done!!! Highly recommend.」

「Super cute place. The check-in process was super easy and the owner was very quick to respond!」

「Toilet and room was not clean」
