「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean however, the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. And there were mosquitoes coming into the room because the door wouldn’t shut all the way unless it was locked. One of the staff got me some mosquito spray which helped some. I really enjoyed my stay, being able to sit outside and be so close to the lake.」

「The hotel lobby was hot upon entering and our room was extremely hot. We were in town for a wedding and when I tried to iron clothes there’s was melted fabric on the iron. The corner trim for the 4th floor was laying across the hallway. Our hall smelled like trash from the housekeeping area on the 4th floor. They had bags of trash sitting in the hallway. 「I was denied my 3 day reservations because I am a resident of Hot Springs! I had never heard of anyone being turned down reservations because you are a resident of the same city. Thankfully the nice people at Expedia are working on getting me a refund.」

「No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back.」

Their head cook Josh created some amazing breakfasts that any food connoisseur would relish. But it did not stop there.
