The bed was comfortable.
TV was barely attached to the wall. We didn't dare try to turn it toward the bed.
Sofa was "broken down". Extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Hard to believe this is classified as a suite. You sure didn't mind charging us at a suite rate.

The room smelt terrible, like a sour mop. We asked about getting another room and was told there were none avaible, although the parking lot was less than a third full all night. We drive through Conway every 6 months or so, and will never stay there again.

The staff was the best around! We received fresh towels everyday and I was given a broom to clean up the room some. We were there for several days so the children did a lot of tracking and eating in the room. One thing I didn't like was the room size. I thought we would be given a suite with a sitting area. We only had an oversized chair. So nowhere for the kids to sit and eat.
