「Always a great place to stay for baseball games or events at the arena! Super friendly staff and a great bargain. Walking distance to eat and have a late night drink.」

「This is a beautiful hotel. I really liked the historic charm. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing that was not top notch to me, was the valet service. It was slow at times, however the valet staff were nice and friendly. Coffee was good, facilities are nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Little Rock.」

「The room had dirty and old food items under the couches. The bed and pillows were terrible, woke up with bad neck pain. The breakfast was okay, not pet friendly. No grass anywhere, the "pet area" was a small section with large stones that was littered with trash. Staff was very nice and friendly.」

「We did not have breakfast there, the room was poorly cleaned the bathroom towel shelf was dusty, the carpet was dated and the bedding on the bed was not up to par the comforter had a stain. I'm glad I had disposable linen. The towels however appeared to be new. The staff was very professional and nice, this made up for a lot of the flaws sited in the hotel 」

「The only complaint I have is the condition of the carpet. I don't believe it is the fault of anyone cleaning the room as the room itself was clean and inviting. The carpet was absolutely in need of replacing. When I was finished showering and getting ready for bed I notice a sticky feeling as I walked across the floor. I was gonna put my shoes back on until I got in bed while doing this I noticed the bottom of my feet were BLACK!! I can't imagine what it was...probably don't wanna know. I had to...
