「Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. 「The elevator was very slow. The breakfast was not good. Real arrived at least an hour before breakfast has ended. Lots of people were down there. They only had egg and sausage left and a couple of bagels crumbs on the tables and waffle batter machine broken.」

「The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle.」

「Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...
