I had previously stayed at another Hampton Inn property just a month before and truly enjoyed their free coffee in the lobby. I was extremely disappointed that the coffee in the lobby in Little Rock was lukewarm when I checked in at around 4 pm. Then when I wanted to get coffee later in the evening, it was still lukewarm. The only time I had hot coffee was during the breakfast buffet time the next morning. If you're going to have free coffee, it should be hot 24/7 like the location in Riverside, CA. Everything else about the property was fine.
