「The front desk staff was not very welcoming and my room preference request was not taken into account when the room was assigned. They did have my request type available and allowed the room change however i had quite a few bags and no luggage cart. 「The breakfast menu was lacking. For example, no orange juice, packaged sugar/flavored outmeal rather than regular unsweetened, pork only sausage, no toast. Also it was difficult to sleep bc of the very bright lights from the parking lot. The curtains did not fully cover the windows and there were no blinds.」

「I was disappointed that my room didn't have a microwave. It did have a fridge which was helpful. Ice machine wasn't working on my floor.I was a little bothered with housekeeping having checked into my room after midnight and crashed, around 10am they were knocking vigorously persistently even though my stay was on the 1st night of a 3 night reservation. 「The room was ok the bed was very comfortable it does needs to be upgraded the furniture is out of date; the staff was very polite and friendly I did have one issue that I addressed with the front guess about the cleaning in the bathroom the toilet was not clean the door needed to be whipped down and there was hair in the shower wall 」

「The worst, most disgusting places I've ever stayed. Roaches and roach parts everywhere, both alive and dead. No soap to wash with and the bathroom door would not close. 」
