「Property was nice with a nice pool, but was kind of rowdy and smelled like weed. Breakfast was said as a breakfast buffet but it’s is just a really expensive continental breakfast, technically a buffet but paying $15-$17 dollars a person for a breakfast most hotels offer for free」

「This is a beautifully restored old mansion in a great neighborhood. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment venues within two blocks. There is no on site staff but everything we needed was readily available including a small complementary minibar. Room was comfortable and spotless.」

「I liked that the Gardener's Cottage was secluded and private. The noise outside was minimal and the rooms were homey. The parking in the adjacent lot was sufficient. I really enjoyed my stay and communication through email was excellent. I had plenty of time to communicate my breakfast choices. I will definitely return when visiting this area.」
